As an Institute, we’re frequently approached to provide corporate-fit training. This can range from half and full-days to extended organisation or challenge-specific courses. On this page we give you advice on how to start co-designing your course with us, so that that the content precisely mirrors your needs.

We also provide negotiation advice at the very highest level within organisations. As you’ll appreciate, this aspect of the Institute’s work is highly confidential. If you’d like to find out more, or you’d like help with a sensitive negotiation you’re conducting, please read the information on this page and then give us a call.

Corporate-Fit Training

To co-design your own training, we have some suggestions:

  1. Read through our downloadable course guide and highlight the skills and benefits that most resonate with you.
  2. Write a sentence of under 20 words summing up the single most important outcome you’d like from the course.
  3. If you have time, and you think it would be helpful, write a hierarchy of up to four additional outcomes.
  4. As well as listening skills you can specify the following modules:
    • Questioning
    • Preparation and Planning
    • Dealing with Difficult People
    • Negotiation and Persuasion skills
    • Hostage Negotiation Scenario
  1. You now have a course co-design brief that will give us both a head start.
  2. Please contact us and we’ll talk your needs through with you. Then we can finalise the brief together, and design a course geared to your KPIs, current challenges or team-specific goals. Email us your brief
